Dysfunction Junction by Robin Pearson

I kept hearing about this book but I was on a long waitlist at the library. Boy, am I glad I got the chance to read it! Amazing! Here's my review: Wow! This book didn't just touch my heart. It touched my soul. When the present has to be confronted with the past, it guarantees that pain will come to the surface. I found the characters absolutely amazing! The three sisters are all on different paths with forgiveness and healing. I related to each in some way. Oliver is fantastic! He puts God first and isn't ashamed of it. His love for his family is genuine and true. Aunt Hattie is my favorite! Full of spunk and a heart as big as the ocean. She is someone I'd like to emulate. The aspects of faith in the book are inspiring. Also, the fact that some of the characters are struggling with their faith is relatable. "God says it all works to the good of those who love Him, and I believe it. Not some, but all." I would recommend this book to everyone!

Go See America by Matt Tory

Absolutely splendid! Wow! I love this book so much! Here's my review: This is a fantastic book! It's divided into 7 regions of the USA. I enjoyed reading and learning about every place that was included. Some of them I have been to and the rest are on my bucket list. The pictures are extraordinary! They made me want to hop on a plane and go on an adventure. I hope the author writes more books like these. I won a complimentary copy of the book from LibraryThing. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

The Summer of You and Me by Denise Hunter

I don't like giving spoilers because I believe that everyone should read and judge a book for themself. This book is worth the time, believe me! Here's my review: Oh wow! This book is amazing! There are so many twists and turns. I thought I had it figured out and then it turns out that I didn't!! I enjoyed everything about this book. The setting of a picturesque small beach town is perfect! The cast of characters are relatable and easy to like. The little surprises that popped out here and there kept me interested and involved!!

Let us March On by Shara Moon

Here's my review: This book was informative and interesting! I love it when authors take a piece of history and create an amazing fictional story. FDR is one of the presidents that I admire and this book showcased his leadership abilities and his dedication to the United States of America. Lizzie is an exceptional woman! She's an advocate, a confidant, and extremely loyal. She stayed with FDR literally until the end. We need more people in the world like Lizzie!
