I was on the launch team for this book and I really enjoyed reading it! Here's my Goodreads review: Wow! This book had me on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen next! It's a perfect blend of suspense and intrigue. The love story is complicated because it involves hurt feelings past and present. Hazel and Ethan have much to overcome. There are many familiar characters from previous books! Hazel is amazing! She's smart, a daredevil, and she's not afraid to say what's on her mind! Ethan is swoon worthy! He's not only handsome, but he's clever! I highly recommend reading the Billionaire Cowboy Series too! They are excellent books with wonderful characters! This is a wonderful novella! I was totally captivated by the story in its entirety. The characters are relatable and easy to like. Titan is my favorite! His compassion and gentleman-like ways are endearing. He grows so much during the book and he also helps others grow. Grandfather Gates is wonderful! He appears gruff and grouchy but he has a heart of gold. This book helped me to remember how blessed I am to have a family that loves me and to cherish every moment with them. I can't wait to read the rest of the books in the series!

I really enjoyed this book! It inspired me to research this time period and the people who shaped history then! Here's my review: This is an intriguing and interesting book! Historical fiction is my favorite genre, and this book is captivating. I had never heard of Frances Perkins before. I will definitely be researching her life and the ways that she attributed to politics. She was an amazing woman who sacrificed a lot to help her country.
