This book had my emotions all over the place.. Here's my review: Wow! This book is captivating! The story intrigued me from the beginning! I enjoyed the bit of mystery that the main character had to solve. The imagery brings the entire book to life! A lot of the characters were easy to like and emphasize with. I think Ada is my favorite! She's compassionate, loving, and has a true calling to help others. She also always goes the extra mile. Her unselfish attitude saved many people in the war. This is the first book that I've read by this author, but it certainly won't be the last! I was provided a complimentary copy of the book from Harper Collins Publishers via Netgalley. Absolutely splendid! Wow! I love this book so much! Here's my review: This is a fantastic book! It's divided into 7 regions of the USA. I enjoyed reading and learning about every place that was included. Some of them I have been to and the rest are on my bucket list. The pictures are extraordinary! They made me want to hop on a plane and go on an adventure. I hope the author writes more books like these. I won a complimentary copy of the book from LibraryThing. Here's my review: This book was informative and interesting! I love it when authors take a piece of history and create an amazing fictional story. FDR is one of the presidents that I admire and this book showcased his leadership abilities and his dedication to the United States of America. Lizzie is an exceptional woman! She's an advocate, a confidant, and extremely loyal. She stayed with FDR literally until the end. We need more people in the world like Lizzie!

The Summer of You and Me by Denise Hunter

I don't like giving spoilers because I believe that everyone should read and judge a book for themself. This book is worth the time, believe me! Here's my review: Oh wow! This book is amazing! There are so many twists and turns. I thought I had it figured out and then it turns out that I didn't!! I enjoyed everything about this book. The setting of a picturesque small beach town is perfect! The cast of characters are relatable and easy to like. The little surprises that popped out here and there kept me interested and involved!!
