Love finds you on Christmas Morning by Debby Mayne and Trish Perry

Here's my review: I really enjoyed reading these novellas! They both involve a house and family ties in Cary, North Carolina. The romances are very endearing! In Deck the Halls, I immediately connected with Lillian. Her family is having a very rough time. She meets William, who is wealthy but very down the earth. I'm glad that Lillian's mother relaxed about her ideas on marriage between those of different social classes. The generous spirit of William and his family is wonderful! In Tis the Season, I found all of the characters wonderful and easy to like! My absolute favorite, though, is Harvey! He's generous, understanding, compassionate, and caring. There are some major misunderstandings between Nikki and Drew, but they do get their happy ending! Yes, I'm aware that I'm reading a Christmas book in July! These stories were so enjoyable, and they put me in a joyful mood! I look forward to reading more books by these authors! These are really great novellas and I look forward to reading more books by these authors! The characters in each story were really relatable and I really wish the books had kept going!

The Foxhole Victory Tour by Amy Green

Here's my review! Wow! I would give this book more than 5 stars if I could! When I reached the end of the book, I just wanted it to keep going! I laughed, and I cried. I think my heart even stopped a few times! The characters are relatable, and each one touched my heart. I became deeply invested in their lives. The way that the group became a family was heartwarming. I especially enjoyed visiting the various places described in the book! My favorite is Casablanca, Morocco! The imagery brought the city to life. It's books like these that make me think and desire to learn more! I was provided a copy of the book by Bethany House through Netgalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
