Shadows at Dusk by Elizabeth Goddard

Elizabeth Goddard is the Queen of suspense writing! Each of her books get better and better! Here's my review: This is suspense writing at its finest! There's non-stop action, murders, mysteries, missing people, and intrigue. I've never been to Alaska, but Elizabeth Goddard brings it to life! I absolutely love Carrie and Trevor! Carrie is a no-nonsense, butt kicking woman! She's caring, compassionate, and helpful. Too bad her past just won't leave her alone. I admit I have a little crush on Trevor! He's amazing at his job. He is someone who can be relied on. He's persistent and determined. My favorite character is Rip! Mountain man extraordinaire. I love that he seems all gruff, but then he prays and feeds his guests! Faith in God is prevalent throughout the book. The many scriptures are inspiring and encouraging! "When I pass through the waters, you will be with me; and when I pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over me. When I walk through the fire, I will not be burned; the flames will not set me ablaze."

Go See America by Matt Tory

Absolutely splendid! Wow! I love this book so much! Here's my review: This is a fantastic book! It's divided into 7 regions of the USA. I enjoyed reading and learning about every place that was included. Some of them I have been to and the rest are on my bucket list. The pictures are extraordinary! They made me want to hop on a plane and go on an adventure. I hope the author writes more books like these. I won a complimentary copy of the book from LibraryThing. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Let us March On by Shara Moon

Here's my review: This book was informative and interesting! I love it when authors take a piece of history and create an amazing fictional story. FDR is one of the presidents that I admire and this book showcased his leadership abilities and his dedication to the United States of America. Lizzie is an exceptional woman! She's an advocate, a confidant, and extremely loyal. She stayed with FDR literally until the end. We need more people in the world like Lizzie!

The Summer of You and Me by Denise Hunter

I don't like giving spoilers because I believe that everyone should read and judge a book for themself. This book is worth the time, believe me! Here's my review: Oh wow! This book is amazing! There are so many twists and turns. I thought I had it figured out and then it turns out that I didn't!! I enjoyed everything about this book. The setting of a picturesque small beach town is perfect! The cast of characters are relatable and easy to like. The little surprises that popped out here and there kept me interested and involved!!
