The Winged Tiara by J'nell Ciesielski

I was so happy when I was pre-approved to read this book by J'nell Ciesielski! She is a brilliant author! Here's my review: Wow! More than 5 stars for this book! I honestly feel like this could be the next Jason Bourne movie! A marriage doomed from the start, notorious thieves, a winged tiara, and a crazy chicken! The imagery is amazing! I felt like I was traveling along with Jasper and Esme on their quest. The characters are written brilliantly! Jasper is swoon worthy! Although he is suffering from a shameful family secret and a wife who disappeared on him years ago. He is loyal, romantic, and a gentleman. Esme is a strong and determined woman. She presents as a porcupine, but her heart is tender. Lamb cracked me up! He's full of mischief! The theme of second chances is apparent in the story. Jasper and Esme get second chances with estranged family. Their marriage also gets a second chance. The epilogue of the book is a fantastic happy ending! Absolutely splendid! Wow! I love this book so much! Here's my review: This is a fantastic book! It's divided into 7 regions of the USA. I enjoyed reading and learning about every place that was included. Some of them I have been to and the rest are on my bucket list. The pictures are extraordinary! They made me want to hop on a plane and go on an adventure. I hope the author writes more books like these. I won a complimentary copy of the book from LibraryThing. Silencing the Witness by Laura Conaway

This book is fantastic! Here's my review: Wow! Talk about non-stop intense action and suspense! My heart was definitely racing a few times! I always wondered about witness protection programs, and this book answered a lot of my questions. Avery is amazing! She's strong, a survivor, and a fighter. She doesn't give up easily. Seth is complex. He's carrying a lot of guilt from his past. As they both move on toward forgiveness, they also move towards love. I definitely recommend this book! I look forward to reading more books by Laura Conaway!

The Summer of You and Me by Denise Hunter

I don't like giving spoilers because I believe that everyone should read and judge a book for themself. This book is worth the time, believe me! Here's my review: Oh wow! This book is amazing! There are so many twists and turns. I thought I had it figured out and then it turns out that I didn't!! I enjoyed everything about this book. The setting of a picturesque small beach town is perfect! The cast of characters are relatable and easy to like. The little surprises that popped out here and there kept me interested and involved!!
