The Color of Home by Kit Tosello

I really enjoyed this book! Here's my review: Wow! This is an exceptional book! I was hooked from the very beginning! The author's use of imagery placed me in the quaint town of Charity Hills, Oregon. A place I'd love to visit! The characters are wonderful! I honestly like them all! They each touched my heart in different ways. As Daisy, Audrey, Cade, and Nash deal with loss and grief, they also keep their hearts tender to others in need. Several difficult issues are brought up in the book. There's Alzheimer's, deaths of family members, children whose father is in prison. There's also hope, fond memories, new relationships, and new beginnings! The ending was the icing on the cake! I was provided a complimentary copy of the book from Revell via Netgalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Go See America by Matt Tory

Absolutely splendid! Wow! I love this book so much! Here's my review: This is a fantastic book! It's divided into 7 regions of the USA. I enjoyed reading and learning about every place that was included. Some of them I have been to and the rest are on my bucket list. The pictures are extraordinary! They made me want to hop on a plane and go on an adventure. I hope the author writes more books like these. I won a complimentary copy of the book from LibraryThing. The Summer of You and Me by Denise Hunter

I don't like giving spoilers because I believe that everyone should read and judge a book for themself. This book is worth the time, believe me! Here's my review: Oh wow! This book is amazing! There are so many twists and turns. I thought I had it figured out and then it turns out that I didn't!! I enjoyed everything about this book. The setting of a picturesque small beach town is perfect! The cast of characters are relatable and easy to like. The little surprises that popped out here and there kept me interested and involved!!

Let us March On by Shara Moon

Here's my review: This book was informative and interesting! I love it when authors take a piece of history and create an amazing fictional story. FDR is one of the presidents that I admire and this book showcased his leadership abilities and his dedication to the United States of America. Lizzie is an exceptional woman! She's an advocate, a confidant, and extremely loyal. She stayed with FDR literally until the end. We need more people in the world like Lizzie!
