New Creations by Sarah Hanks

Here's my review: Wow! What an extraordinary book! I laughed, and I cried. I enjoyed how Sarah Hanks combined serious situations along with some comedy. The overall theme is how a person's life affects others. You just never know how your words and actions can impact someone's life. Floyd resembles so many people in my life. His faith, compassion, and love for his family are evident. He experienced a lot of pain and disappointment. He makes a decision to surrender his life to Jesus, and soon, he does great things for God. Emira really touched my heart. Her father disappoints her a lot, but she soon finds out that she can trust her heavenly father. Floyd and Susan's marriage story is realistic. It's full of love, failures, triumphs, and commitment. The author's note includes several wonderful pictures! I was provided a complimentary copy of the book from the author via Netgalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

The story has so many twists and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat! Delia, I want to be her friend! She's amazing! After finding out information about unknown life changing circumstances, she heads off on an adventure. She meets an array of interesting people. Trust soon becomes her biggest issue. Wyatt is swoon worthy!! He goes from drifter to hero quickly! My favorite part of the book is the cattle drive! I could picture in my mind the meadow full of green grass and the cows munching away! So picturesque! Melody Carlson is one of my favorite authors! She's just a brilliant writer! I look forward to reading another book by her!

Garment of Praise by Linda Byler

I LOVE books by Linda Byler! Here's my review: This book is amazing! There are some difficult circumstances, adventures, times of pain, and times of joy! I cried, and I laughed. Isaac is a hoot! The characters are easy to like and super relatable. Titus is my favorite. He's quiet, shy, hurting from his mother's death and trying to live up to his father's reputation. His growth throughout the book is slow, sometimes even a few steps backward, but he perseveres and finds his faith and love! I really enjoy reading books by Linda Byler. Her writing is refreshingly honest. She also includes many aspects relating to faith in God. I look forward to reading more of her books!

The author's use of imagery placed me in the quaint town of Charity Hills, Oregon. A place I'd love to visit! The characters are wonderful! I honestly like them all! The themes of second chances and forgiveness resonated with me. There's even a cute, little romance! The characters are written brilliantly! The three main characters are relatable and easy to like! Madison, wow! She's strong, determined, and a hard worker. What I like best about her is that she perseveres in fixing her broken relationship with her sister and rebuilding the Christmas tree farm. Lily touched my heart the most. She's a rough and tumble 11 year old with the soul of a 30 year old! She softens as her relationship with Madison grows. My favorite parts of the story are when customers come to cut down their Christmas trees! It brought back many childhood memories to my mind! I always enjoy books by Melody Carlson, and I eagerly look forward to the next one! I was pr

Here's my review: Wow! Once again, Leslie Gould delivers a story that touches the heart. I was excited to read the last book in the Amish Memories series. The journeys from the past impact the future in profound ways. New friends are made, and old friends are reunited. There's also an amazingly sweet romance in the works. These characters are beloved by me. I mourn with them in sad times and rejoice with them in good times. Rosene is beyond amazing! She has known much sorrow in her life, but she has also impacted many peoples' lives. She's full of spunk and love! Treva faces some hard decisions. She's a hard worker and always goes the extra mile. The parts of the book that intrigued me the most were when Rosene traveled back to Germany. It was a place that impacted her life profoundly. Her choice saved lives. I recommend reading the author's note as it goes deeper into the issue. I was provided a complimentary copy of the book from Bethany House through In

Meadow Falls by Carolyn Brown

This was a pretty good book! Here's my review: I enjoyed reading this book! Meadow Falls intrigued me. There's a lot about it to unpack. A past filled with failed loves, bitter memories, and huge secrets. Luckily, Angela Marie is ready to charge into the future. I liked all of the main characters a lot! Angela touched my heart. Unfortunately, she didn't have a good relationship with either of her parents. She did have Mandy and Celeste! Mandy and Polly are my favorites! They're full of spunk and not afraid to say what's on their minds! The two love stories were super cute and romantic! I like that Angela, Celeste, Devon, and Jesse had a second chance for love! The ending was absolutely perfect! I look forward to reading more books by this author.

He takes his responsibilities seriously. He's a hard worker and a man of his word. Mama Bess is my hero! She faces many difficulties but trusts that the Lord will provide. The most heartbreaking part for me was when Samantha read her mother's journal. What she found out could have made her bitter and unforgiving.
